With each season, junior Alex Anstine impressed the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) volleyball coaches more and more.  Today, she was named first team all-conference, following on the heels of a second team nod a season ago and honorable mention honors following her freshman campaign.  Classmate Geri Heimann earned second team honors, while senior Kayla Bessmer was an honorable mention selection.  Bessmer also earned honorable mention honors in 2005.
