400-meter dash, Saturday, at the Dordt Invitational. Belt clocked a time of
1:01.13s. Tara Cockerill commands attention in the shot put. Cockerill
threw13.63m and captured a first place finish for the BC Blue and Gold. The
4X400 team raced their way into a second place finish. Alyssa Myers placed
seventh in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:47.00s. Kristy Schaaf jumped into
sixth place in the high jump, while Liz Benjamin finished fifth in the triple
jump, while Sarah Wieseler threw for fifth place in the shot put.&lt;/p&gt;
