BC: He is in his first year with the Chargers cross country team.
 
HS: Five-time letterwinner for the Cardinals of Lewiston-Altura High School (three in track and two in cross country). His senior year he ran a personal best of 18:33, placing third in team scores and eleventh overall.  As a senior, he took on the role as captain in both sports.
PERSONAL: Outside of athletics, Dahl was an active Sunday school volunteer.  Son of Tim and Kelly Dahl and plans to major in nursing at Briar Cliff University.
