Dan Harvey of Gilbert, AZ has signed a letter of intent to wrestle at Briar Cliff for the 2011-2012 season.
"Dan is a tough wrestler and a good student. He is a good example of what we are looking for in the program," said head coach Joe Privitere.
Harvey was a four-time letterwinner for the Wildcats of Mesquite High School (two each in football and wrestling). The recipient of the team Determination Award also received the coach's award.
Aside from athletics, Harvey was a member of the honor roll. The son of David and Dawn Harvey plans on studying Criminal Justice at Briar Cliff.
