Christopher Reeves of Pocahontas, Iowa, has signed a letter of intent to run track at Briar Cliff University, in Sioux City, Iowa, next year.

Reeves was a four-time track letterwinner for the Indians of Pocahontas Area Community High School.  He qualified for state as both a junior and senior, competing in two events as a junior and three events this past spring.  As a senior, he place fourth in 2A in the 110m hurdles.  Reeves also earned two letters in football and one in wrestling. 

Aside from athletics, the honor roll student was involved in mentoring.  The son of Scott and Mary Reeves of Pocahontas, Iowa plans to major in criminal justice at Briar Cliff.
