The BCU volleyball team improved to 8-3 overall and 2-0 at home with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-15, 25-23) victory over Buena Vista.  It was the Chargers' second-consecutive home sweep.  Leading the way for the Chargers was Nicole Hoogeveen, who registered 11 kills.  Geri Heimann and Alex Anstine were next with six apiece, while Chehala Pace had five.  Nicolle Donovan produced 18 assists, while Kayla Bessmer added 16. Debbie Murphy recorded a team-high three service aces.  Anstine led the squad with 25 digs, while Heimann had a team-best two solo blocks.  The Chargers will be in action again, Tuesday, as they host nationally-ranked Morningside.
