Ashley Sparks finishe fourth in the hammer throw at the 2010 GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, in Hastings, Nebraska and qualified for nationals with a best distance of 158-01.  Meanwhile, Maddie Borer raced to a fifth place finish in the 400m dash (1:00.11), earning all-conference honors.  The top eight in each event earn all-GPAC accolades. 
Kristy Schaaf and Ashley Wehle also earned all-conference honors for the Chargers, finishing sixth in the high jump and seventh in the 400m hurdles, respectively.  Schaaf cleared 5-01, while Wehle's time was 1:07.01.
 
The Chargers' 4x100m relay team of Nancy Tatou, Maddie Borer, Jill Hoogeveen and Katie Beldt clocked a 50.92 and finished eighth.  The Chargers were also eighth in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays.  In the 4x400m, Audrey Cooley, Maddie Borer, Wehle and Beldt finished in 4:07.33.  The Chargers' 4x800m team of Cece Vallejo, Alyssa Myers, Kat VonRumpf and Lisa Kremer clocked a 10:10.06.
 
As a team, the Chargers finished 10th.
