After posting the fastest time in prelims (10.70), BCU's Sam Acheampong clocked the exact same time on his way to winning the 100m crown at this year's Sioux City Relays.  Acheampong also ran the second leg of the Chargers' winning 4x100m relay team.
The relay, which also includes Erik Lindsay, Jon Smith and Cecil Milton clocked a 42.44 after posting a school record time of 41.98 in the prelims.  Lindsay was second the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.91.  He was also fifth in the 400m dash with a time of 50.75.  Yesterday, Clay Pagels qualified for nationals and set a new school record by winning the high jump by clearing 6-08.25.  Meanwhile, Sean Bicknase broke his school record mark when he cleared 12-06 in the pole vault.
