Jon Armstrong finished second in the javelin at Midland Lutheran's Throws Meet. Armstrong's toss of 44.70m trailed only Hastings' Gabe Wickham's 51.27. In the same event, Cody York was seventh (37.76) and Kielan Dittmar was ninth (34.17). The trio were the only top 10 finishes on the day for the Chargers.
