A trio of BCU women's basketball players have been named 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.  Junior Kendra Collins and seniors Cat Nelson and Sam Pearson each earned the honor after posting a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5.  Nominees also must achieve junior academic status and have to be nominated by their coach.  The three Chargers are among 177 NAIA Div. II scholar-athletes.  Pearson is a two-time scholar-athlete.
