This year's "Lunch With the Chargers" event will be held Monday, Feb. 22, at Texas Roadhouse, in Sioux City.  Briar Cliff student-athletes and coaches will serve at each of the two seatings: 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  Tickets are $35/person and all proceeds go directly to the Annual Scholarship Fund.  Its a great opportunity to rub elbows and chat with Briar Cliff coaches and student-athletes, while supporting the university at the same time.
