The Chargers led throughout in a 92-55 drubbing of the Tigers of Dakota Wesleyan.  The Charger defense was in prime form as it forced the Tigers into 32 turnovers.  Briar Cliff scored 40 points off those turnovers as they improved to 20-3 overall, 9-2 in the GPAC. 
The BCU offense was led by Liz Grider and Christa Stewart who scored 25 and 18, respectively.  Morgan Brown chipped in 12, while Megan Salcedo finished with 11.  Stewart led the Chargers on the glass with a game-high eight caroms as the Chargers outrebounded the Tigers, 38-33.
 
The Chargers shot 57.1 percent in the first half and took a 46-29 advantage into the lockerroom.  The Chargers finished the game shooting 52.1 percent from the field, but only 17.6 percent from downtown (3-17).  The Tigers shot 39.6 percent overall and 17.6 percent from three-point land (3-17).
 
The Tigers were led by Allison Johnson and Maggie Malloy, who scored 13 and 11, respectively.  Malloy led the Tigers with six rebounds, but also turned the ball over nine times.  Brittany Hills dished out a team-high four assists.
 
The Tigers are now 7-17 overall and 3-9 in the GPAC.  The Chargers will be in action again, Saturday, as they travel to Lincoln, Neb. to face Nebraska Wesleyan.
