The Chargers, however, are not far behind the toprunning Prairie Wolves.  Picked third by the GPAC coaches' poll, the Chargers earned a total of three first place votes and 111 points. The Chargers ended last year's season at sixth place in the conference with a record 13-11 in the GPAC and 25-28 overall. 

The following is the complete GPAC Baseball 2010 preseason coaches' poll: Nebraska Wesleyan, Dakota Wesleyan, Briar Cliff, Morningside, Mount Marty, Doane, Sioux Falls, Hastings, Midland Lutheran, Northwestern, Concordia, Dana, and Dordt. 

The BCU Chargers will open their 2010 season on February 13th at Friends University.  Their first GPAC game will be played on March 27th at Concordia.
