Chris Davis' bat remained hot for the Chargers as the junior second baseman went 3-4 with a run and an RBI in a 12-7 loss to Morningside at the GPAC Postseason Baseball Tournament, in Hastings, Nebraska. Morningside exploded for seven runs on seven hits in the bottom of third inning and finished the game with two homeruns. The loss to the crosstown rival put the Chargers on the brink of elimination. The Chargers will play Hastings at 12:30 p.m., Friday, in an elimination game.
