The 2009 GPAC All-Conference teams for women's soccer were released today and three Chargers were named honorable mention. Rachelle Travis, Katie Blomberg and Ashley Wehle were some of the team's top players this season and were recognized as such by being named to the honorable mention list.

Wehle, Blomberg, and Travis showed to be strong assets for the Chargers this season. Wehle led the team with five goals and seven assists giving her a total of 17 points for the season. She also showed to be quite the clutch player with a pair of game-winning goals. Blomberg, who has controlled the BC midfield for three year, had one goal and two assists this season with a total of four points. Travis, a four-year starter and one of the Chargers' top defenders, contributed one assist from her defensive position.
 

Overall, the Chargers finished the 2009 season with a record of 5-10-2.  The squad graduates nine seniors, most of whom were starters.
