Playing on the road at NAIA No. 25 Doane, the Briar Cliff volleyball team was handed a 3-0 (25-15, 25-13, 25-18) setback.  The Chargers hit only .104 in the match and Alex Anstine was the lone Charger to produce more than five kills.  The senior finished with 10. 
Allison Holtgrewe handed out a team-high 15 assists, while Inglish Hartwig had 10.  With the loss, the Chargers fell to 16-16 overall and 8-7 in the GPAC.  Doane, which has won four-straight, upped its mark to 25-6 (12-3). 
 
The Chargers will wrap up the regular season, tomorrow night, at Nebraska Wesleyan.  The Chargers are currently tied with Dana for sixth place in the GPAC standings and the two teams split a pair of meetings.  Nebraska Wesleyan is currently one win behind Dana and Briar Cliff.  The conference tournament will begin Nov. 4.
