Briar Cliff men's track and field head coach Nate Treinen announced the signing of Collin Glazek to his 2017-18 Charger recruiting class. Glazek, a native of Davenport, Iowa, is currently completing his senior year at Davenport North High School. 

Glazek is an eight-time letterwinner for the Wildcats, earning four letters in track and four in football. He is currently ranked fifth in the 200-meter dash, second in the 4x100 meter relay and third in the 4x200 meter relay in the state of Iowa going into the State Meet. Glazek helped his relay team finish first in both the 4x100 meters and 4x200 meters and placed third in the 100-meter dash at the conference meet this season. At districts, Glazek earned the 200-meter title; 4x100 and 4x200 relay titles and placed fifth in the 100 meters. Glazek also helped his 4x100 relay team finish second and his 4x200 team place fourth at the 2017 Drake Relays.

Collin is the son of Catherine and Ray Glazek and plans to major in biology/kinesiology at Briar Cliff.
