With 7:03 remaining in the second overtime period, Ashley Wehle scored to give Briar Cliff a 3-2 victory over McPherson. For the third time in as many games, the Briar Cliff women's soccer team scored first. This time, it was Katie Blomberg scoring from 25-yards out to give the Chargers a 1-0 lead over McPherson. The Lady Bulldogs scored later in the opening half to make it 1-1 at the break. Lisa Maxey scored for the Chargers in the second half. Briar Cliff is now 2-2, while McPherson is 1-1-1.
