The BCU women's tennis team dropped a conference dual against Morningside at Lewis Park, 9-0.  Kayla Phillips, playing No. 3 singles, led the Chargers on the afternoon by winning four games in her match.  She fell to M-side's Erin Koskovich, 6-3, 6-1.

No. 1:  Laura Gildemeister (M) def. Ronda Kachena, 6-0, 6-0

No. 2:  Kate Nelson (M) def. Emily Coleman, 6-2, 6-1

No. 3:  Marisa Graham (M) def. Harper Phillips, 6-0, 6-0

No. 4:  Erin Koskovich (M) def. Kayla Phillips, 6-3, 6-1

No. 5:  Lynn Leonard (M) def. Rachel Robinson, 6-1, 6-1

No. 6:  Kassie Hein (M) def. Katie Hogeboom, 6-1, 6-0


Doubles:
No. 1:  Gildemeister-Nelson (M) def. Kachena-Coleman, 8-1
No. 2:  Graham-Leonard (M) def. Phillips-Phillips, 8-1
No. 3:  Hein-Shannon Schroeder (M) def. Robinson-Jackie Sayasone, 8-1
 
With the loss, the Chargers fell to 0-8 overall, while the Mustangs improved to 5-4.  In conference matches, the Chargers are 0-6, while the Mustangs are 5-2.
