A quarterfinal loss in the GPAC Postseason Tournament dropped Briar Cliff five spots in the latest NAIA Div. II National Rating.  The Chargers fell from 13th to 18th in the most recent poll, which was released today.  Morningside, which also lost in the GPAC quarterfinals remained at No. 11, while Dakota Wesleyan held onto its No. 14 spot from a week ago.  The official announcement of the 2009 NAIA Div. II Men's Basketball National Championship qualifiers will be announced by 3 p.m. today.  The official tournament bracket is expected to be released by noon, tomorrow.
