Briar Cliff finished fourth at this year's GPAC Wrestling Championship in Blair, Nebraska. Jeremy Garvin won the 157-pound title for the Chargers, going 3-0 with three wins by fall. Sammy Johnson (165) and Sam Vice (125) each finished second for the Chargers. Johnson went 2-1, while Vice went 3-1. Julian Gunnels, ranked fourth in the nation, finished third at 133. He went 3-1 and lost to the eventual champion. Gunnels was the GPAC runner-up last year and was a first team all-GPAC selection. (RESULTS)
