A pair of BCU men's soccer players have been recognized by the NAIA.  Sophomore Buddy Goodenkauf was named an NAIA Honorable Mention all-American, while junior Juan Vasquez was tabbed as an NAIA all-America Scholar-Athlete.

Goodenkauf, who was also an NAIA All-Region III selection, is the first Charger to earn all-America honors since Tyson Becher did so in 2004.  Goodenkauf played in every game for the Chargers in 2007.  Vasquez qualified to be an NAIA all-America Scholar-Athlete by maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
