The Vikings of Grand View forced the Chargers into 17 turnovers in route to a 79-73 men's basketball victory at the Newman Flanagan Center.  The Vikings took the lead just under three minutes into the game, stretched it to 15 and never trailed again.  Several times in the second half, the Chargers were within three with the ball, but were unable to close the gap.  Michael Dickes led three Chargers in double figures with 18 points. Derek Mechaelsen finished with 17, while Brett Ratcliff added 11.  The Chargers outrebounded the Vikings, 36-22.  Matt Geelan finished with a game-high 10 assists in the contest.  As a team, the Chargers shot 50 percent from the floor, but only 25 percent (5-20) from downtown.
