Senior Sam Acheampong and freshman Raheem Cowan each earned all-American status at this year's NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships. While Acheampong became a three-time all-American in the 60m, the honor was a first for Cowan. In the finals, Acheampong clocked a 6.87 as he finished seventh. He ran a school record 6.77 in yesterday's semifinals. Competing in the triple jump, Cowan saved his best for last as he uncorked a leap of 48-00.50 on his final attempt to finish fifth. Cowan was the highest freshman finisher in the event. (
