The Chargers held their position in this week's NAIA Div. II Coaches' Top 25 Poll, which was released today. The top six teams remained unchanged in this week's rankings.
Five GPAC teams claimed positions in the NAIA DII Top 25 Poll this week: No.2 Briar Cliff, No. 5 Concordia, No. 7 Morningside, No. 9 Northwestern and No. 18 Hastings. Hastings bumped up one spot, from No. 19 last week, despite a loss, Saturday, to the Chargers, 75-63. Morningside was responsible for ending Northwestern's 11-game winning streak this past Wednesday.  Northwestern slipped two spots from No. 7, but remains in the top 10. With the win, Morningside jumped Northwestern to claim the No. 7 slot, up from No. 9, last week.
The Chargers are scheduled to face-off against Northwestern at the Newman Flanagan Center, this Wednesday. This NAIA Top 10 showdown is scheduled to tip-off at 6 p.m.
