The BCU men's basketball team shot lights out in a 109-66 season-opening home win over York.  The Chargers shot 62.5 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from three-point land.  Leading the way for the Chargers was sophomore Chase Vander Feen, who finished with 20 points, including six three-pointers. The Chargers were sharp shooters throughout.  They shot 57.6 percent from the field and led 51-29 at the half.  In the second half, they turned up the heat, connecting on 67.7 percent of their shots.  The Chargers outrebounded the Panthers, 33-24.  Sophomores Kyle Semprini and Matt Geelan also scored in double figures with 15 and 11 points, respectively.  Senior Brett Ratcliff finished with 10 points and a game-high seven assists.  Thirteen different Chargers found their way into the scoring column.
