The Charger women's basketball team pushed NAIA No. 9 Jamestown to the limit, falling 71-66, in the Tyson Classic at Sioux City's Tyson Events Center.  It was the second time in two games that the Chargers have outscored an opponent in the second half.  The Chargers outscored the Jimmies, 35-34, in the second half, but could not erase their six-point halftime deficit.  Junior transfer Liz Grider led the Chargers with 18 points and six rebounds.Jamee Phipps chipped in 17 points.  The Chargers were outrebounded 50-29, but forced the Jimmies into 28 turnovers.  Sophomores Michelle Determan and Carly Hansen both suffered knee injuries in the contest, but the extent of those injuries is unknown.
