The Briar Cliff University baseball team and the S.P. Hitting Zone will sponsor their First Annual Indoor Pitching and Catching Camps in the coming weeks. The pitching camp will be held Jan. 21 and Jan. 28 (2-3 p.m.) for ages 8-13 and Jan. 22-29 (2:30-3:30 p.m.) for ages 14-18. The catching camp will be held Feb. 4 and Feb. 11 (2-3 p.m.) for ages 8-18. The All camps will be held at the S.P. Hitting Zone, 2924 Robinson St. The cost to participate in either the pitching or the catching two-day camp is $40/person. Sign up early as pace is limited. The camp will include instruction by Charger Head Coach Boyd Pitkin and several members of the Charger Baseball Program.
