Midland responded with 30-straight points after the Chargers scored first on senior day at Memorial Field.  The Warriors held the Chargers to only 146 total yards of offense in a 37-15 victory.  Lee Horkey made his freshman debut for the Warriors, passing for two touchdowns and running for two more. 
Midland improved to 5-4 overall and 4-4 in the GPAC.  Briar Cliff is now 2-8 overall and 1-7 in league play. The Chargers will wrap up their 2011 campaign with a road game at crosstown Morningside, next Saturday.
