Bill Keane shot a 38-38-76 to lead the Chargers on day one of the Fourth Annual Hampton Inn/Palace City Classic, hosted by Dakota Wesleyan University.  Keane is tied for 16th overall following the opening 18, which was played at Mitchell's Wild Oak Golf Club.  As a team, the Chargers are sixth after shooting an opening day 311.
